Charles Patterson graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law in December 1976 where he served as a member of the Law Review. In April 1977, he passed the Tennessee Bar Exam and began the General Practice of Law, in Jackson, Tennessee. Over the years, Charles Patterson has concentrated most of his practice in conducting residential and commercial real estate closings. The balance of his practice consists of representing longstanding clients.

He leads a strong staff of four paralegals and assistants. Along with his team, he has closed approximately 1,200 transactions last year. This office serves as the title insurance agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company and Lawyer’s Title Insurance Corporation. Also, in rural West Tennessee almost every bank and mortgage company approves Charles Patterson.
